Hallo! Wir sind ein junges Paar, das einfach mehr Platz braucht.
Wir bieten eine komfortable Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis (600 kalt) auf der Sonnenallee, die aber für uns beide zu Klein ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Gebäudes: sie hat einen Eingangsbereich mit praktischem Abstellraum, ein großes Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine separate und ziemlich raumige Küche.
Neukölln muss man nicht vorstellen, es gibt alles, was man braucht: Offis, Apotheke, Supermärkten viele Restaurants und Live-Musik in der nähe. Die U-Bahn-Station U7 ist 500 Meter entfernt.
Wir sind offen für alles, solange es zwei separate Zimmer und mehr Platz gibt.

Hello! We are a young couple who are looking for a bigger space.
We offer our cozy apartment at a fair price (€600 cold rent ) on Sonnenallee, but unfortunately it is getting too small for both of us.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building in a well connected area: it has an entrance space with a convenient storage room, a large day/night room, a bathroom and a separate kitchen (quite roomy). Neukölln needs no introduction; it has everything you need. The U7 station is only 500 meters away, several other buses right at the corner.
We are open to suggestions within the Ring as long as there are two separate rooms and more space.
