We have a very bright 90 square meter 3 room apartment with a big balcony in rixdorf neukolln area. The kitchen is only 3 years old and it cost 8000 euro but to take it over would be 5000 eur). Of course this price can be amendable depending on the swap. We also put in a new sink and toilet in the bathroom. Flat gets direct sunlight on the balcony, living room, and bedroom between 11:30 am - 18:00, so plenty of light. The neighborhood is quite nice with families, young people and many popular cafes and restaurants. It's a 5 minute walk to the s-bahn sonnenallee and 12 minute walk to Neukolln Sbahn. My partner moved out and so I’m searching for a smaller more affordable flat for myself. It is my dream to have a sunny terraced apartment inside the ring bahn but also open to other options. I also am open to rooftop apartments or Maisonettes.
