53 sqr apartment 2 rooms 1 small winter garden but I use as a guest room. It has a bath and kitchen is very bright and big.
Tempelhofer Feld is just 1 min away. The house has a big front garden and a huge backyard. Very green and calm area unlike Neukolln in general. Hermannstr Sbahn and Leinerstr U8 9min away by foot. Aldi, Rewe, Netto, Lidl, several Turkish markets, bars, spatis and restaurants are very close. 3rd floor, no elevator. The bathroom has a new look, freshly painted to orange and covered the floor with black and white PVC.
I'm looking for an apartment with balcony/terrace or garden in Schoneberg, Mitte, Pberg or Charlottenburg etc. with my small size dog up to 900 warmmiete. I would rather an agency owned flat than a privat. Thanks!
