I'm looking to swap my flat in Schillerkiez <3
I’m well aware of the Berlin housing situation and don’t expect to find a new place easily, but I thought I’d still give it a try with a swap.
My place is 45 m² with one and a half rooms—perfect for a single person. It has a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a renovated bathroom. The bedroom is a cozy little nook with a bed, decorated with lights for a super comfy atmosphere—you’ll get the deepest sleep.
It’s located just a 3-minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld. The flat itself, as well as the street, is very quiet, but the area is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest U-Bahn station is Leinestraße (U8).
I really love my place, my neighbors, and the Kiez, but I’m looking for something a bit bigger—ideally with a balcony and on the third or fourth floor. I’d love to stay in this area if possible.
