The flat is located in a quiet area known as Kreuzkölln, as it is where Kreuzberg meets Neukölln. It is close to the waterside in a nice neighbourhood full of cafes, bars and yoga places.
Around the area, there are good shopping opportunities and a cinema. There is also a Turkish street market every Tuesday and Friday.
Two underground stations are walking distance from the flat: U8 Schönleinstraße and U7 Hermannplatz.

Pets are not allowed.
Very well connected by public transportation: U8 (Schönleinstraße), U7/U8 (Hermannplatz), U1 (Kottbusser Tor) metro stations are walking distance from home. Good area for shopping, for instance, Karstadt at Hermannplatz or the Turkish market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
