We (quiet couple, both WFH) need a calmer and very quiet place to think and work.
• Warm rent: €800 – €1 600
• Size: 35 – 85 m²
• Layout: 2 separate rooms (bed + study) *or* large loft-style space
• Environment: very quiet, green, “boring” is a plus. quiet is the most important criteira because we both work a lot from home.
• Location: Berlin or nearby towns (e.g., Falkensee, Werder a. d. Havel, Brandenburg)
→ Maximum 60-minute public transport ride to Ernst-Reuter-Platz (U2). We are flexible about the location; it can be inside or outside Berlin. My partner needs to visit her office (DB Bank at Ernst-Reuter-Platz) occasionally. So having the connection to that is a plus.
• Move-in: any time from August 2025
• We are property owners ourselves, reliable, non-smoking, and careful tenants. We know how to take care of the apartment.
