I’m offering two lovely Berlin apartments in exchange for one that better suits my current needs. If you’re looking to downsize or split, this might be a great opportunity for both of us.

What I'm Looking For
I'm searching for a quiet, bright apartment in one of the following areas:
Kreuzberg, Kreuzkölln, Alt-Treptow (or possibly Friedrichshain, Mitte (central), or Prenzlauer Berg).
It can be smaller or bigger than mine:
-If the apartment has 1–2 rooms and a separate kitchen: up to €650 cold
-If it has 3 or more rooms and a separate kitchen: up to €1100 cold
Preferences:
-High floor (lots of light)
-Balcony
-Bathtub
-High ceilings (Altbau preferred)
-At least one very quiet room (facing Innenhof or similar) – this is essential due to light sleep
