My girlfriend and I are offering two lovely Berlin apartments in exchange for one that so we can move in together.

-Also on the 4th floor, facing the courtyard (north-facing) — extremely quiet and still very bright

-Layout: small hallway, bathroom, separate kitchen, 1 rooms, and a balcony
-Custom kitchen built specifically for this apartment and can stay if your place has a good kitchen too
-Basement (Keller) available
2-Room Apartment in Schillerkiez, Neukölln
-Weisestr., 12049 Berlin
-Photos: 9 to 18
-Rent: €650 cold + €116 nebenkosten = €766 + electricity
-Located on the 4th floor (front-facing, west orientation) — lots of light, quiet street
-Classic Altbau with 3.3m high ceilings and stuck
-Layout: hallway, bathroom, kitchen, 2 rooms, and a balcony
-I also built the kitchen specifically for this apartment — I’d be happy to leave it for free if your apartment has a similarly good kitchen

What we are Looking For
We are searching for a quiet, bright apartment in one of the following areas:
Kreuzberg, Kreuzkölln, Alt-Treptow (or possibly Friedrichshain, Mitte (central), or Prenzlauer Berg).
Options are:
-If the apartment has 1–2 rooms and a separate kitchen: up to €650 cold
-If it has 3 or more rooms and a separate kitchen: up to €1100 cold
Preferences:
-High floor (lots of light)
-Balcony
-Bathtub
-High ceilings (Altbau preferred)
-At least one very quiet room (facing Innenhof or similar) – this is essential due to light sleep
