We are offering our lovely 2-room apartment (68m²) and we are looking for a minimum 3-room apartment with balcony!
Our apartment is located on the 5th floor of a pretty Altbau building. While the building itself is Altbau, the apartment was added later on top, so it has regular ceiling heights.
Thanks to its height and orientation, the apartment gets quite a lot of light throughout the day. The living room gets morning sun, while the rest of the apartment gets the afternoon sun all year round.
There is a very spacious living room with enough room for a sitting area, dining space, and a home office desk.
The bedroom also has enough space for closets and a desk. Bathroom has a bathtub. There is a separate, small storage room.
The apartment is well insulated, both in terms of temperature and sound.
Location-wise, the street is relatively calm, yet everything you need is just around the corner: supermarkets, U-Bahn, tram, bus, and two large parks within walking distance.
The house community is friendly, and we’ve always had a very positive experience living here.
We are looking for a larger apartment with:
- at least 70m²
- at least 3 rooms
- a balcony
- ideally Altbau (we are both pretty tall and my partner is 2 meters so the tall doors are a huge plus ;) )
We are generally open to different areas within Berlin, but we especially prefer Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Tempelhof, or Schöneberg.
