- Preferred areas: Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Wedding, Moabit, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg, or Kreuzberg
Nice to have (not required):
- lots of day light
- balcony
- bathtub

A bright loft-style top-floor apartment near Humboldthain (Mitte/Wedding) with excellent transport connections. Perfect flat for couples.
