Ich biete hier meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Wedding zum Tausch an, da mein Freund für seine Arbeit im Homeoffice ein kleines Arbeitszimmer braucht. Deshalb suche ich auch nach mindestens 2,5 Zimmern. Wir können zu zweit bis zu 1500€ warm stemmen.
Wir würden gerne in der Gegend bleiben oder noch weiter Richtung Schillerpark/Rehberge wohnen.
Andere Zentral gelegene Bezirke können wir uns auch vorstellen - sofern der Arbeitsweg nicht zu weit ist ^^
INFOS ZUR WOHNUNG
Meine Wohnung hat auf 2 Zimmer, wovon eines ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Für Singles oder Paare ist der Schnitt sehr gut.
Das Badezimmer hat ein großes Fenster und eine Wanne.
Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel zum Hinterhof raus. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und man bekommt so gut wie nichts von der Straße mit. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, das Haus ist ein Altbau mit schön hohen Decken. Die Fenster passen zum Altbau-Stil, sind aber neu und isolieren deutlich besser als die alten Fenster eines Altbaus. Für alles, was die Wohnung mit sich bringt ist die Miete wirklich super gut.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Wedding, fussläufig zu den Bahnhöfen Osloer Straße und Pankstraße. Dadurch ist man verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es super viele in der Umgebung. Die Panke ist nicht weit und man kann dort dem Großstadtgetümmel entfliehen.

INFO ABOUT THE APARTMENT
My apartment has 2 rooms, one of which is a walk-through room. The layout is great for singles or couples.
The bathroom has a big window and a bathtub.
The apartment is in the side wing facing the courtyard, so it’s really quiet and you barely hear anything from the street. It’s on the first floor of an old building with beautiful high ceilings. The windows match the old-building style but are new and insulated much better than typical old windows. For everything this apartment offers, the rent is honestly amazing.
It’s located right in the heart of Wedding, within walking distance of the Osloer Straße and Pankstraße stations, so you’re really well connected. There are also tons of shops nearby. The Panke river is close, too, so it’s easy to escape the city buzz every now and then.
