Wir bieten unsere helle, luftige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im obersten Stock in Berlin-Mitte zum Wohnungstausch an. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone (Süd- und Nordausrichtung) mit wunderschönem Blick über den Invalidenfriedhof und die Stadt – ideal für den Morgenkaffee oder den Sonnenuntergang.
Sie eignet sich perfekt für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Rewe, DM und Aldi sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die U6 in 10 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Direkt vor der Tür liegt das Nordufer – ideal zum Joggen, Spazierengehen oder Entspannen am Wasser.
Was wir suchen:
Unsere kleine Familie ist gewachsen – daher suchen wir eine Wohnung mit mindestens 3 Zimmern, idealerweise innerhalb des Rings. Alternativ sind wir auch offen für Lagen außerhalb des Rings, wenn sie gut an den ÖPNV angebunden sind und Zugang zur Natur bieten.

We’re offering our bright and airy 2-room apartment on the top floor in Berlin-Mitte for exchange. The apartment has two balconies (south- and north-facing) with beautiful views over the historic Invalidenfriedhof and the city—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.
It’s ideal for a single person or a couple. Rewe, DM, and Aldi are all within a 5-minute walk, the U6 is 10 minutes away, and Berlin Hauptbahnhof is just a 15-minute walk. The apartment is right on the Nordufer—great for running, cycling, or relaxing by the water.
What we’re looking for:
Our little family has grown, so we’re now looking for a minimum 3-room apartment, ideally within the Ring. We’re also open to areas outside the Ring with good public transport and access to nature.
