I'm looking for a quiet flat / WG with lots of daylight. A balcony and location on the higher floor is a plus! Elevator is not a must tho.
📄 Important note regarding renting: After a successful swap, an interview with my (really nice!) landlady is required. They will request all the usual documents for a rental application (proof of salary, SCHUFA, etc.). The final decision regarding the change of tenancy rests with the landlord.
