We are a French couple of 33 and 35 years old. We have been living in our beautiful and cozy penthouse since January 2025, but are looking for a cheaper flat! Our current flat is situated on the last floor and has a direct access to a 40m2 rooftop with a private loggia, where you can enjoy barbecues in summer. The building is an Altbau, offering beautiful features on the common areas. The neighborhood is very calm, all grocery stores closed by.
