We are currently residing in a 2 room 62 meter square apartment in a centrally located neighborhood in Berlin - Friedrichstrasse. Our apartment is equipped with all modern equipments and is fully furnished. It is a few mins walk to many forms of public transport - tram and U bahn station - Oranienburger Str. and S bahn station - Friedrichstrasse. Note - 1. This is a fully furnished temporary living accommodation. You can sign a yearly /semi-annual contract that can be extended till June 2028. After that period, the property is going into renovation. 2. Washer and dryer are not in the apartment but they are available in the building basement (3 euro / wash)
