Central Location Large apartment perfect for Couples/Singles

Liebe Wohnungssuchenden, Die Wohnung ist 50 Quadratmeter groß und perfekt geschnitten. Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung, die frisch saniert wurde. Sie hat einen eigenen Schlafbereich, wo das Bett steht und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der auch als Abstellkammer dient. Das Bad Bad hat eine Badewanne und die Küche hat eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Hausverwaltung antwortet immer sehr schnell und wechselt bei Bedarf auch Geräte aus. Bisher wurden schon der Ofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine ausgewechselt. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und schaut zum Süden. Man hat also den ganzen Tag schönes Sonnenlicht. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Rosenthaler Platz. Man benötigt wirklich nur eine Minute zum U Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz U8. Es ist aber überhaupt nicht laut, da sich die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse zum Rosenthaler Platz befindet. Die beiden großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer schauen zur Strasse raus, daher ist es immer hell. Von morgens wenn die Sonne aufgeht bis Abends, wenn sie unter geht. Das gute ist, dass gegenüber kein anderes Haus steht, daher kann man die Vorhänge immer auflassen. Man ist perfekt angebunden, da man nicht nur direkten Zugang am Rosenthaler Platz zur U8 hat, sondern auch zur Transtation M1, M8 und 12. Man brauch auch nur 10 Gehminuten bis zum U Bahnhof Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (U2) und auch nur 7 Gehminuten zum S Bahnhof Hackeschen Markt (S5, S7, S75). Zum Alexanderplatz brauch man auch nur knapp 15 Minuten genau wie zum Hauptbahnhof. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft ist 1 Gehminute entfernt Nah und Gut. 3 Gehminuten ist ein Bio COmpany entfernt. Es gibt allerdings auch ein Riesen REWE, der 6 Minuten entfernt ist. Ansonsten gibt es unzählige Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Fashion und Lifestyle Stores und Shops in der Gegend. Diese Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet, da es keine 2 getrennten Zimmer gibt. Es ist eine sehr große, perfekt geschnittene 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Das Bett steht zwar quasi in einem eigenen Raum, allerdings ist das nicht mit einer Tür abgetrennt sondern mit einem wunderschönen Bogen und einem Vorhang (siehe Bilder). Der begehbare Kleiderschrank ist kein eigener "Raum" nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt und geht vom Flur aus. Daher gibt es keinen störenden Kleiderschrank im WOhnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist auch ideal für Paare geeignet. Ich hab hier selber mit meinem Partner für mehrere Jahre gewohnt. The apartment is an old building that has been freshly renovated. There is an own sleeping area, where the bed is and there is a separate walk-in closet, which also serves as a storage room. The bathroom has a bath tub and the kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The Hausverwaltung always is very responsive and provides new amnesties if necessary. They already exchanged the stove/oven, fridge and dishwasher. The living room is huge and faces south so there is sunlight all day long. The apartment is located right at Rosenthaler Platz. It really just takes a minute to the Subway station U8. However, it is not noisy at all, because the apartment is located in a quiet side street of Rosenthaler Platz. The two large windows in the living room face the street, so it is always bright, from the morning, when the sun comes up until the evening, when the sun goes down. The good thing is that, no other house stands across from the apartment, so you can always leave the curtains open. The apartment is perfectly connected, because you do not only have direct access to Rosenthaler Platz suway U8, but also to Tram station M1, M8 and 12. The subway Station Rosa Luxembourg (U2) is only 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment as well as the S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt (S5, S7, S75). To Alexanderplatz you need only about 15 minutes as well to Berlin central station. The nearest grocery store is 1 minute walking distance Nah und Gut. 3 minutes walking distance is a Bio company. However, there is also a huge REWE, which is 6 minutes walking. Otherwise, there are numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and small fashion and lifestyle stores and shops in the area. There is no 2 separate rooms. It is a very large, perfectly cut 1.5 room apartment. Although the bed is almost in a separate room, it is not separated by a door but with a beautiful bow and a curtain (see pictures). The walk-in closet is separated by a curtain and proceeds from the hallwaw so there is no closet in the living room which makes the living room feel like a living room. :) The apartment is also ideal for couples who do not need 2 separate rooms. I lived here with my partner for a few years. I really love my apartment very much and it is an absolute lucky strike! Only considering swapping as I would like two rooms.
