My 75sqm apartment is a beautiful Altbau renovated probably 10-15 years ago. The wooden floors and Stuck are in great shape. The bedroom faces the Innenhof and is therefore very quiet, while the balcony overlooks the street. Morning sun comes through the living room, and there is evening sun in the kitchen and bedroom. The apartment is located <100m from the Spree, well connected with several bus lines and a 10 minute walk to U Turmstr.
Lots of Spätis, grocery stores, and restaurants either right outside the building or a few minute walk.
I really just want something bigger and for an affordable price. I am only interested in Altbaus with Dielenboden, a balcony, Stuck, and a bathtub, minimum 3 rooms and minimum 85sqm. I will not respond to inquiries that don't meet these, I am quite happy in my current apartment.
