It is on the top floor and has excellent views over Invaliden Friedhof and the city beyond. It comes with a built in kitchen and is ideal for a single person or couple. The apartment is well connected with Rewe, DM and Aldi within 5 minutes walk, U6 ten minutes walk and Hauptbahnhof only 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is located along the Nord Ufer, an ideal running route with green spaces to relax and watch the sun go down. My partner and I are looking for minimum 3 room apartment as our little family has grown and we need the additional space for our son. We are looking for something centrally located (in the ring) otherwise good access to nature if it is out of the ring.
