Hallo! Ich biete meine schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Tiergarten Süd, Berlin, an. Offiziell liegt sie am Rande von Mitte, aber Schöneberg und Kreuzberg sind ganz in der Nähe. Besonders gefällt mir an der Lage der Gleisdreieck-Park, der nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen sind Gleisdreieck und Kurfürstenstraße. Auch Bushaltestellen befinden sich in der Nähe auf der Potsdamer Straße.
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist das geräumige, nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern und einem Balkon zum Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein kleineres zur Straße und ein größeres nach hinten. Es gibt zwei WCs, und in einem der Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine große Badewanne. Die Küche ist klein, aber praktisch. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, und die meisten Zimmer wurden im letzten Jahr gestrichen. Die Miete beträgt 1200 Euro Warm.
Ich suche eine kleinere Einzelwohnung in Berlin mit einer maximalen Miete von 700 Euro Warm. Meine bevorzugten Lagen sind Kreuzberg, Neukölln oder Schöneberg. Dinge, die mich sehr freuen würden (aber kein Muss sind): Balkon, Blick ins Grüne, Badewanne, Gasherd.

Hello! I'm offering my lovely 3-room apartment in Tiergarten Süd, Berlin. Officially, it’s located on the edge Mitte, but both Schöneberg and Kreuzberg are very close by. One of my favourite things about the location is the Gleisdreieck park which is 5 mins away on foot. The closest Ubahn stations are Gleisdreick and Kurfürstenstraße. There’s buslines close by on Potsdamerstraße too.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious south-facing living room with big windows and a balcony towards the backyard. The apartment has two bedrooms, a smaller one towards the street and a large one at the back. There’s two toilets and a big bathtub in one of them. The kitchen is small and practical. The apartment is partially furnished and most rooms were painted in the last year. The rent is 1200 euros warm.
I'm looking for a smaller single apartment in Berlin with a maximum rent of €700 warm. My preferred locations are Kreuzberg, Neukölln or Schöneberg. Things that would make me very happy (but are not a must) – balcony, having a view of trees, bathtub, gas stove.
