Wir fühlen uns in unserer ca. 80 m² großen Etagenwohnung sehr wohl.
Die Wohung hat eine Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Fenster und einen Keller ca 5m².
Wir wohnen im schönen Arkonakiez und sind durch die ruhige Lage und freundliche Hausgemeinschaft gern in Mitte. Die Anbindung ist top, U8, M10, M1, M12 (und M8, M5) in der unmittelbaren Nähe, genauso wie Kastanienallee und Mauerpark sind kulinarisch ein absolutes Plus. Die nächste Supermarkt ist am Ende der Straße (3 Min. zu Fuß) ein Edeka, Rewe befindet sich in 10 Min. Laufabstand und sämtliche Großmärkte sind in 2 Stationen am Gesundbrunnen erreichbar.
Wir haben viel Platz und leben mit zwei Hunden in der Wohnung und sind Nichtraucher. Die Verwaltung ist immer bemüht alles möglich zu machen, telefonisch immer erreichbar - auf den Rückruf warten wir nicht lange. Die Umsetzung ist manchmal etwas mühselig, aber wir haben bisher noch alles geschafft.
Wir suchen eine grünere Gegend oder noch ruhigere Gegend. Ein Balkon oder Garten wäre großartig für uns und ein Aufzug ist ein Muss, ab 3. Stock aufwärts. Wir sind beide berufstätig, auch remote und freuen uns auf ein Arbeitszimmer. Unseren Kontakt mit den Nachbarn war immer sehr nett und hilfreich, das wäre wünschenswert, wenn wir Kontakt mit den Nachbarn pflegen. Ideal für uns wäre ein Badezimmer mit Fenster und Badewanne. Wir können uns vorstellen, dass die nächste Wohnung kleiner sein kann, wenn sie gut geschnitten ist, schätzungsweise ab 80m².

We feel very comfortable in our approximately 80 m² flat.
We live in the beautiful Arkonakiez and like being in Mitte because of the quiet location and friendly community. The connection is top, U8, M10, M1, M12 (and M8, M5) in the immediate vicinity, as well as Kastanienallee and Mauerpark are culinary an absolute plus. The nearest supermarket is an Edeka at the end of the street (3 minutes on foot), Rewe is a 10-minute walk away and all supermarkets can be reached in 2 stops at Gesundbrunnen.
We have plenty of space and live with two dogs in the flat. We are non-smokers. The management always does its best to make everything possible and is always available by phone – we don't have to wait long for a call back. Implementation is sometimes a bit tedious, but we have managed everything so far.
We are looking for a greener area or even quieter area. A balcony or garden would be great for us and an elevator is a must. We both work, including remotely, and are looking forward to having a study. A plus is a Bathroom with window and a bathtub. We can imagine that the next apartment could be smaller if it is well laid out, probably 80m² or more.
