Hello, I am offering my 1 room apartment in Moabit. The Appartement is small but totally enough for 1 person. With the location and the price it is perfect. There is also a small balcony. Due to my work, I am looking for a new place in the east. Hopefully, I can exchange to a bigger place (at least 40 m2) 1 to 3 rooms apartments are all welcome as I am also considering moving in along with my friends.
