Grünbergerstraße / 2 Rooms Cosy Apartment / 1 min to Boxi

It is in 1 minute walking distance to Boxi, very lively area with hundreds of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Also in walking distance to the tram, u-bahn and s-bahn. Since it is facing to the garden (in the hinterhof), it is very quiet. The neighbours are very nice and the building is run by a company. This is why the building is always neat and clean. We are looking for a bigger place in F’hain, Xberg, Pberg, or Neukolln. This is our only reason to move. The side costs are up-to-date and take the increases into consideration.
