I am looking for a 2 room flat within the Ring. I am exchanging my modern 2-room flat, approx. 64 square metres, in the beautiful Samariterkiez. The flat is located on the 3rd floor (with lift, facing the inner courtyard) and has the following furnishings: - Bedroom - Living room with open-plan kitchen - Large bathroom with shower and bathtub - Guest WC with enough space for a washing machine - Large balcony - Underfloor heating - Cellar compartment The flat is very well connected to public transport (S Storkower Straße, U Samariterstraße, M10 Frankfurter Tor/Bersarinplatz are all within a 10-minute walk, the M21 even leaves directly in front of the flat). Shopping facilities (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Bio Company, DM) are also just a few minutes' walk away and the Boxi (many bars, restaurants, small shops, flea market and weekly market) is just a 15-minute walk away. The flat is located in a quiet residential area that is mainly inhabited by families. If required, you can also rent a parking space in the underground car park.
