2 Room Apartment in exchange for 3 Room

Hi all :) I offer my 2 room, beautiful and sunny apartment in Friedrichshain (Samiriterkiez) for a 3 room apartment. My current apartment has a separate bedroom and living room, one wall of the living room is entirely windows. Balcony, fitted kitchen + bathroom with bathtub, plus a small room that can be used as a closet when you walk in. The building has an elevator. Warm rent is 767, though it is possible it would increase slighlty with the next tenant. I am looking for a bigger space to move in with my partner. Minimum 3 rooms, ideally in Kreuzberg but open to other areas within the ring.
