Top-Floor Flat with South-Facing Roof Terrace, Bergmannkiez

We have a dreamy top-floor apartment on a quiet residential street in Bergmannkiez, with south-facing roof terrace, good-sized kitchen with view of the TV tower, one bedroom, one bathroom, and additional WC, and a large light filled living/dining room. Our current rent is well priced for the flat and area at 1,150€/month. We're looking to start a family and would like to swap with a 3-room apartment or house with lots of light and with a south or west facing balcony or garden. We'd ideally like to stay in Bergmannkiez, but also open to other options that have a similar kiez feeling. We're looking forward to hear from you!
