apartment is next to U3 and U9 Spichernstr station .. only 1 station away from kurfurstendam, next to it there is a shopping center with Edika, Aldi, dm and Elixia Gym, plus many restuarents and cafes ... the building is new 2023 I was the first residence in the apartment ...the apartment consists of a living room open to the kitchen , balcony and a bedroom.
