I live in a 4-bedroom WG that is newly furnished with new equipment like Washing Machine & Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, kitchen cabinets, Television, kitchen hood, personal cupboard in my room, bed with storage capacity, desk and chair. The room is spacious enough for 1 person and there's also a kitchen with a dining table with chairs. The apartment is on the top floor (fourth floor) plus it has transparent windows on the ceiling to let light into the house during the day time. It is a 2 minutes walk from Haderner-Stern U-Bahn station (U6).Aldi, EDEKA, and Penny are a 5-mins walk away. You'll also be surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet neighbourhood with lovely people. My roommates are very friendly and share appliances like microwave and other kitchen items without an issue. The apartment is kept clean at all times by everyone.
