I am 19 years old and have been admitted to the Bachelor's program in Management and Technology at TUM, starting Winter Semester 2026/27. I graduated high school in Yerevan, Armenia last year, where I was President of my school's Student Council (500 students) and volunteered as a project coordinator with a local community organization, helping run 13 community projects. I also studied Graphic Design at TUMO Center for Creative Technologies.
I speak fluent English and Russian, and I am currently learning German (lower-intermediate level). I am tidy, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces, and I am looking for a calm, stable place to live during my studies.
I would need to move in by October 1, 2026, as that is when my semester begins.
