WG Zimmer in lichtenberg

Hi people! I am planning to leave my WG in the upcoming months as i want to have a new, fresher air in the city. :) Initially i would like to preferably move on my own to a single-studio/apartment, or to a smaller and more central WG. A swap would be ideal. This wg has been home for a year, with lovely girls and very sweet memories. —- It is a very spacious flat, with bathroom, kitchen and 4 bedrooms + a small room for keeping stuff. We have a courtyard perfect for hanging out. Location: 7 mins walk to Lichtenberg U+Sbahn. And a Bus station 2 mins away. Lidl, Penny, Edeka and Rossmann are pretty close. —- Ideally we are looking for a woman. We smoke weed in our rooms and also have visits very often (boyfriends and friends); and we usually chill all together. —— Very happy to hear from you and please only contact me if you have read the message until here and also could offer a swap for a single studio.
