I am looking to exchange it for a cheaper flat. My budget would be a maximum of 2200 CHF monthly. Being close to HB is very important to me, because of my commute to work. Therefore, I am looking for a 2 or 2.5-room apartment located within walking distance (up to 15 minutes) to HB, or walking distance (up to 10 minutes) to a big tram station such as Central, Stauffacher, Limmatplatz, etc.

I am quite open for the flat look, I would need to see the pictures to see if I can feel comfortable there. A quiet place is also very important to me since I am very sensitive to noise.
