Beschreibung

The room is about 28 m2 and is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, working desk and I will make some space in the closet for you. The room faces the historical cemetery and is therefore really quiet, you will only hear birdsong or in the worst case church bells. The room is also very bright being on the top floor and you can even catch the sunset.

The common spaces are the kitchen, with all necessary cooking utensils including a dishwasher, oven and toaster, and the bathroom, with a bathtub, shower and a washing machine. A special highlight is also our beautiful garden, where you can have a BBQ in the nice summer days or enjoy the sun.
There is an elevator in the building, but you still have to climb one more flight of stairs to get to our flat.

Location

The location of the apartment is basically the most ideal anyone could ask for. Right in the heart of the beautiful Glockenbachviertel, surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and clubs, all of which can be reached in less than few minutes. You can reach the Oktoberfest area in 10 min walking. The U-Bahn station Sendlinger Tor is just 500m away.

Flatshare Type

You will be sharing the flat with Fabrizia, Dominik and Bora.
Fabrizia is from Italy and works as an architect, Dominik is from Germany and studies computer science in master and Bora is a musician and works for an IT Company.
We also like to keep the flat tidy (we take turns cleaning the flat every weekend), so everyone feels good in our shared home. You should have a similar mindset for this to work out well :)

Miscellaneous

The rent period goes from the 25th of january to the 24th of february, but it’s flexible.

The cost of one month is 640 euro.
