South facing 2 room apartment

We are a family of 2 and have lived in Berlin since 2016. We are looking for a 3-room apartment in exchange for our beautiful 2-room apartment. It is an old building with refurbished apartments. A parking space comes with the apartment at no additional cost. It has a small storage space within the apartment and a Keller room in the basement. The beautiful Gleisdreieck Park is 5 minutes walking on foot, and Potsdamer Platz is 15 minutes on foot. You can reach 3 U-bahn (U1, U2, U7) stations, 1 S-Bahn station, and several bus connections within 2-7 mins walk. It has a beautiful south-facing balcony, and the bedroom is towards the quiet inner courtyard.

In exchange, we are looking for a 3 room apartment that can be accessed via an elevator.
