I live in this apartment for over four years now, and I am looking to move into a bigger space. The apartment has a great distribution for its small size. It has 27 m2 and yet has a separate kitchen, bathroom and big main room, where I comfortably fit a bed, a desk, closet, sofa bed, TV and TV stand. It was fully renovated before I moved in and has new floors, good lighting and very nice bathroom. I currently pay 440€ warm and the price has maintained stabled since I moved in (It only increased from 400€ to 440€ in 2023 due to the increase in gas and energy).
Although located in the Karl-Marx-Str. it is extremely quiet due to it being located in the backyard building and having great windows. I put the kitchen so happy to leave it as it is, unless you prefer to put it out.
I currently have an unlimited contract with the Deutsche Wohnen and I'll be happy to put in the change in contract with them. They have been super helpful and very easy as managing company. I am currently looking for something a bit more spacious, so it would be ideal something with at least two separate rooms, and a bigger kitchen and a balcony is a must.
I would like to stay in the area so I'm interested in Kreuzberg and Neukölln, ideally Kreuzkölln. If you have a lead and/or more questions, please feel free to reach out.
