Looking for a flat in Hamburg (Winterhude, Eppendorf, Barmbeck Sud) or Berlin. Ideally with 3 rooms but 2,5 rooms could do. The warmiete should not exceed 1300 euros.


In exchange, I propose our wonderful flat with lots of light and a view on the backyard. It is a former attic transformed into a flat which gives it a special touch, the kitchen being central to the apartment. A large corridor (transformed into office space) goes around and leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The flat is very quiet and has sun all day long because of the double exposition.
It is composed of:
- 1 living room (right at the entrance)
- I kitchen with two entrances and no door, fully furnished
(Bosh refrigerator and Siemens washing machine are a few months old, small Bosh dishwasher and stove). I bought the kitchen from the previous owner (with the dishwasher) and will let it for 500 euros. If you want in addition the refrigerator and the washing machine, that can be discussed as well.

The apartment in the 5th floor, with an additional storage room in the attic. Wonderful neighbors, very calm, grocery stores, bakeries, hairdressers, cafes 2-5 min by walk (Edeka, DM, Penny, Lidl). It is located just next to the bus station Eppendorfer Marktplatz.
The warmmiete includes heating cost (as for 09.2022)
