We live in a nice apartment recently renovated and well insulated from the cold, 56m2.

It is a third floor without elevator, and you can see trees through all the windows. It is faced East-West and during summer you can have a great ventilation.
The living room is at the Dennewitzplatz (East fassade) and the bedroom, separate mounted kitchen and bathroom have the windows directly to the trees of the big courtyard and a park with a high climbing wall.

The apartment is located two minutes walk from the Gleisdreieck park, 5 minutes walk from the Winterfeldtmarkt and the entire restaurant area of Nollendorfplatz. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, including a Biocompany. It is also connected to the rest of the city with the U2, U1, U7, S1, S2, M19, M48,...

The apartment is very quiet, but very close to everything, the best to charge the batteries and keep enjoying Berlin!
