My 1-room flat is located on Nogatstr., 1 minute away from U Hermannstrasse (U8) and the S-Bahn. The Tempelhofer Feld is only 8 minutes away by foot, as well as the very nice Schillerkiez. The beautiful Körnerpark is also very close. So there's plenty of options in the area!

The flat itself is located on the 2nd floor of an Alt Bau (Seitenflügel) and faces the hinterhof. It includes a spacious living/sleeping room, a kitchen (semi separated from the living room) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The flat has high ceilings and authentic wooden floor in the living room. It is perfect for a single person.

I am looking for a 1,5 or 2-room flat OR a 1-room flat on the top floor is also possible. Areas: Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Plänterwald, Baumschulenweg, Britz, Alt-Treptow... Happy to live somewhere a little outside the ring as well.
