Einzimmerwohnung in Cluster WG: Mischung aus Alleinwohnen und Gemeinschaft. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, Mini Küchenzeile, Balkon. Du teilst dir (wenn du gerade möchtest) nur die große Gemeinschafts-Wohnküche mit extra Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Du kannst dich einbringen, aber auch gut zurück ziehen. Die Mitbewohner:innen haben alle ihr eigenes Leben, aber wir kennen uns alle gut und quatschen ab und zu im Wohnzimmer. Es ist generell eher wenig los. Es gibt ab und zu ein WG Treffen, so zweimal im Jahr machen wir auch einen Ausflug zusammen. Insg. 7 Menschen, Alter zwischen 28 und 38.
Du:

- Ruhig: Fahrradstraße und tolle Schalldämmung (Höre die Nachbar- + Mitbewohner:innen nie)
- Das Haus gehört einer Genossenschaft, der du automatisch beitrittst ("Genossenschaft am Ostseeplatz e.V.", Vorteile: faire Mietpreise, unbefristetes Mietverhältnis, Zugang zu weiteren Wohnungen, usw.)
Umgebung:
- Sprengelkiez (Wedding/Mitte)
- 4min zu Fuß zur Ringbahn S Wedding + U6 Wedding
- 5min zu Fuß zum Kanal
Ich:
- will nach 5 Jahren einen Tapetenwechsel
- suche im Süden Berlins: Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Schöneberg
- tausche gegen min 2 Zimmer Wohnung

One-room apartment in Cluster WG. Mixture of single living and community. Each room has its own bathroom, mini kitchenette, balcony. You have the choice to cook in the shared large communal kitchen and sit on the adjacent other shared balcony, when you are in the mood for it. You can get involved, but you can also have time to yourself. The flatmates all have their own lives, but we all know each other well and sometimes chat in the living room. It's usually very calm. There are occasional get-togethers and maybe twice a year we go out for an activity together. In total we are 7 people, ages between 28 and 38.
You:
- have a WBS / are legible for a WBS
- are queer-friendly (the majority of the flat share is queer)
- are nice to cats
- are sometimes in the mood for community
Your room:
- floor heating
- 5th floor by the park, view of the trees

- Calm: Facing a Bicycle street, Great sound insulation (never hear the neighbors or flat mates)
