Bright two room apartment in residential Nordend

Hi, I live in a lovely apartment in a lovely area in Frankfurt. I like it here because it is very quiet and the apartment is very bright. - there are two parks nearby and lots of supermarkets. - There is always available open air parkings in the street. - Also situated between two universities: Frankfurt school and University of applied sciences. - Great location and good condition of apartment and apartment appliances. - There is a fitted kitchen with all kitchen appliances including dish washer - new washing machine and a bathtub I am looking for a similar apartment but with the landlord that allows pets in the apartment. I am looking for getting myself a small dog since a very long time now, but dogs are not allowed here, which is such a pity cause there is a dogs park just 1 minute away. nordend, westend are my preferred areas, but also Bornheim, Bockenheim and Ostend are good for me :)
