I'm offering a cozy 2-room apartment (50 m²) in Neukölln for a swap. I'm looking for a similar place in Berlin but for up to €800 rent. My aprtment is almost brand new, and a short walk from Templehofer Feld. It has amazing insulation so I rarely use the in-floor heating, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom (where my preference is we negotiate purchase of as part of the swap). I am not in a hurry or willing to settle for something that doesn't work for me. I will swap if the place and location is perfect for me and the price saves me €200 + in rent per month. Ich biete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (50 m²) in Neukölln zum Tausch an. Ich suche eine ähnliche Wohnung in Berlin, die maximal 800 € Miete kostet. Meine Wohnung ist fast neu und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Sie ist hervorragend isoliert, sodass ich die Fußbodenheizung kaum nutze. Küche und Bad sind brandneu (die Übernahme des Badezimmers wäre im Tausch ideal). Ich habe es nicht eilig und bin nicht bereit, mich mit etwas zufrieden zu geben, das nicht passt. Ich tausche, wenn die Wohnung und die Lage perfekt für mich sind und ich durch den Tausch mindestens 200 € Miete pro Monat spare.
