One room is approx. 14 sqm, the other around 25 sqm. The apartment has a French balcony facing the street.
S-Bahn Hermannstraße and U-Bahn Grenzallee are about 12 minutes away on foot, and a bus stop is just 3 minutes away. Rewe and Lidl are very close by.
