Furnished Room Wanted in Berlin, Mid-July Move-In

I am moving to Berlin from Malaysia in mid-July 2025 on a Chancenkarte visa. I am 30 years old, a freelance video editor and motion designer, and moving to berlin to work as a video editor full time, looking for a furnished room or small studio with registration (Anmeldung) possible. I will work remotely and attend German language classes in Berlin. I am clean, respectful, and easy-going. Ideally seeking a location near U-Bahn or S-Bahn for easy commuting.
